Mental Health Evaluations & Assessments

We provide professional mental health evaluations and assessments designed to support individuals, families, schools, employers, attorneys, and organizations in making informed decisions. Our evaluations are conducted with clinical integrity, cultural sensitivity, and a trauma-informed approach, while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Tailored for your needs

Assessments are tailored to the specific referral concern and may include clinical interviews, behavioral observations, psychological screening tools, collateral information, and formal documentation when appropriate.

Anger Management Assessments

Anger Management Assessments help evaluate emotional regulation, impulse control, behavioral patterns, and contributing psychological or environmental factors related to anger. These assessments may be court-ordered, employment-related, school-related, or voluntarily requested by individuals seeking personal growth and support.

Following the evaluation, recommendations may include counseling, anger management classes, coping strategies, or additional mental health support services.

Direct Threat Assessments

Direct Threat Assessments are designed to evaluate whether an individual may pose a risk of harm to themselves or others in workplace, educational, or organizational settings. These assessments are conducted carefully and objectively, with consideration given to behavioral history, current functioning, emotional stability, environmental stressors, and protective factors.

The goal is to support safety, risk mitigation, and informed decision-making while treating all individuals with dignity and fairness.

Workplace Disability Evaluations

Workplace Disability Evaluations assess the psychological and emotional factors that may be impacting an individual’s ability to perform occupational duties. These evaluations may be requested in connection with workplace accommodations, leave requests, return-to-work planning, or disability-related concerns.

Evaluations are conducted in a professional and objective manner and may include clinical recommendations related to workplace functioning, mental health support, and appropriate accommodations.

Forensic Evaluations

We provide select forensic mental health evaluations that may be used in legal, administrative, or professional contexts. These evaluations are conducted with attention to ethical standards, objectivity, and the specific requirements of the referring entity or legal matter.

Services may include clinical interviews, records review, behavioral assessment, and comprehensive written reports as appropriate to the referral question.
